Iodine Dispensing System
The Iodine Dispensing System permits dispensing of radioiodine without having to hold the pig. The 2.5cm thick solid tungsten container holds a 10ml vial and safely shields up to Curie quantities of iodine 133I.With its tungsten "cork" magnetically held in place, it is designed to be held inverted in the dispensing station to permit safe compounding of iodine capsules or solutions. The stainless steel base provides shielding when standard lead bricks are in place, its fully adjustable armature permits positioning to any height or angle.
