Modular-Lab Technology
Modular-Lab is a patent pending radio synthesis device that has been specifically designed to allow versatile radiopharmaceutical development and production fulfilling GAMP and Part 11 requirements. The system enables custom synthesis processes to be assembled from a set of unit operation modules. The small, sealed, stainless steel modules are stacked and connected by process tubing and by a single electrical cable. The use of multiple, replaceable modules allow Modular-Lab to be used for various isotopes and many types of reactions. Due to its multifunctionality Modular-Lab can replace several single-purpose devices, which significantly reduces cost and lab space. Modular-Lab Software
The intuitive user interface is easy to program by drag and drop of graphical symbols and is compliant with GMP, GLP and GAMP4 requirements. Part of the Modular-Lab Software is a library where all necessary objects used for creating a new method are stored. These objects include symbols for filters, HPLC, reactors, pumps and different valve types e.g. By clicking onto the symbol and "drag & drop" into the process scheme window, the appropriate hardware setup can be easily configured.
